Looking through clothing donated to the event homeless people on Teesside attend the 'In out of the Cold' event taking place in Middlesbrough at the Town Hall crypt. The event, in it's second year, will make hot food, helpful information and useful items available to homeless people. It also gives organisations and agencies an opportunity to come together to help tackle homelessness in the region.
