Former soldier, with 12 years service in the Royal Artillery, Colin, has his hair combed by his carer at the 'In out of the cold' event taking place in Middlesbrough at the Town Hall. The event, in it's second year, will make hot food, helpful information and useful items available to homeless people. It also gives organisations and agencies an opportunity to come together to help tackle homelessness in the region.
