A couple dance to music provided by a local band during the 'In out of the Cold' event that is taking place in Middlesbrough Town Hall. The event, in it's second year, will make hot food, helpful information and useful items available to homeless people. It also gives organisations and agencies an opportunity to come together to help tackle homelessness in the region.
